My mother makes the best Christmas cookies… But, I’m trying not to eat gluten so I didn’t pig out on those this year! Instead, I tried a new chocolate chip cookie mix. And they turned out Fabulous!!

I bought these at Native Sun, but I’m sure they can be found elsewhere…

Surprisingly easy instructions considering how good they turned out! *I did end up adding chopped pecans, which is a must for any chocolate chip cookies I make.
